GOLF • NIL • MEDIA • DATA • INNOVATION
Shon Crewe is a business innovator and strategist unlocking new opportunities for athletes and partners in golf’s emerging NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) landscape.
At Golf NIL™, a sports media and data analytics venture, Shon is changing the game for junior and collegiate athletes. Recognizing that golf’s unique advantages in NIL were being largely overlooked, she began mapping this potential back in July 2021, long before Golf NIL. Today, she empowers golfers to leverage their full worth while helping schools, sponsors, and partners recognize the value these athletes bring.
With nearly 25 years of enterprise-level experience in innovation and strategic partnerships, Shon founded and scaled a partnership program to over $500 million in sales. She built the proprietary analytics that powered its success, with Fortune 10 participation anchoring her framework.

For years, she brought clarity and voice to the game as creator and host of one of the Pacific Northwest's longest-running golf radio shows on 710 ESPN/Seattle Sports — among the first women to host a golf show on the ESPN Radio network. The show delivered entertainment and story-driven golf talk to mainstream sports fans before the playbook existed.
Shon studied journalism at Seattle University as a student-athlete and pursued her master’s in organizational leadership at Gonzaga. She serves on the Board of Directors for Pets for Patriots, a national nonprofit bringing together veterans and overlooked shelter animals.
