Shon Crewe is a business innovator and strategist, dedicating her career to bringing people together through stories, solutions, and collaboration.
For more than a decade, Shon has helped shape the golf media landscape. At Golf NIL, a sports media and data analytics venture, Shon is changing the game for junior and collegiate athletes.
She first began covering Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) in June 2021, when the NCAA changed its policy. Realizing that golf’s unique advantages in NIL have since been largely unrecognized, Shon is utilizing Golf NIL to help empower golfers to fully leverage their worth and aid schools, sponsors, and partners in recognizing the value these athletes can bring.

Prior to Golf NIL, Shon was a golf broadcaster and host for ESPN Radio, based in Seattle, the nation’s 10th largest radio market. She is among a short list of female golf media personalities to host within the ESPN Radio network.
With over 15 years of experience in innovation and partnerships in the Fortune 500 sector, Shon's most recent endeavor as a business founder led her to create a brand partnership program that helped thousands while generating over half a billion dollars in sales. The program has since become a proprietary solution utilized by one of the nation's largest brands.
Shon studied journalism at Seattle University as a student-athlete and pursued her master's in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga. She serves on the Board of Directors for Pets for Patriots, a national nonprofit bringing together veterans and overlooked shelter animals.
